The ruminant cluster conducts research on dairy cattle and young stock. The research conducted by Schothorst Feed Research makes a positive contribution to the production, health, and sustainability of ruminants. Schothorst Feed Research has 230 high-yielding dairy cattle housed in a modern practical-scale facility and 150 young stock that are kept in age groups as of fourteen days old for ruminant-related research.
