Parent stock

Schothorst Feed Research performs parent stock research that studies the effects of feed compositions and additives on production results of parent stock. Laying percentages, egg weight, egg mass, feed intake and feed conversion is determined for each pen. Depending on the goal of the research, we can perform additional observations such as monitoring the hatching percentage, quality of chicks and the production results of the offspring.
