SFR visits its clients
One of the strategic pillars for 2017–2018 is client satisfaction. It is important for our staff to maintain an understanding of our clients and practice. Our teams visit a wide range of clients every so often to listen and see clients’ day-to-day operations and what challenges they face, in order to learn from them.
Our Research & Development department recently paid a visit to For Farmers, while the Sales & Consultancy department held its last quarterly session at Voergroep Zuid. At For Farmers, the requirements for research were emphasised, while at Voergroep Zuid client expectations and needs were emphasised.
Both events were received very positively by all parties. We therefore hope to visit various organisations more regularly in the future.
