Audits

For years already, SQC has been working together with certification bodies to execute audits in the Food and Feed industry. These audits are for quality systems such as GMP+, ISO 9001, EFISC, HACCP, FAMI-QS, EFISC and ISO 22000. All of our auditors are experienced Lead Assessors.

In addition to these audits we also execute our own audits. Examples of such would be:  

Supplier audits
Supplier audits are part of the supplier evaluation system. SQC provides experienced auditors that know the market and are highly suited to safeguarding the interests of your company with your suppliers. 

Nutritional value control
In nutritional value control, the main issue is checking to see if you are consistently delivering the nutritional value you promised your customers and how to monitor this process. To this end SQC employs auditors who also have a background as a nutritionist in the animal feed industry. 

Internal audits
Internal audits are part of the verification process of a company. Internal auditors must be independent and well trained. Independence and certified training are indispensable for a proper internal audit.

Pre audits / gap analyses
When your company is branching out with new activities or aims to be certified for a new venture, an expert's evaluation of your company may be needed. SQC provides such evaluations (gap analyses) with the aim of highlighting possible discrepancies between your current system and the new system to be certified.
